Lensmor V1.4.0 improves the accuracy of Visitor Intelligence, adds Evidence-aware Attendee filtering, streamlines third-party integration authorization, and shares an important pricing update as Lensmor enters its next stage of product development.
We further optimized the accuracy and consistency of Visitors data. Improvements across data processing and validation help you work from a more reliable view of event attendees and make better-informed research and prioritization decisions.
Attendee records now include an Evidence field and matching filters. You can narrow results to people with one or more of these evidence types:
Confirmed โ confirmed attendance evidence
Social Signal โ attendance-related signals detected from social activity
Prior event history โ evidence from the personโs previous event participation
This gives you more control over how you evaluate attendee records and prioritize the people most relevant to your workflow.
We improved the authorization flow for third-party integration tools. Clearer steps and smoother handoffs make it easier to connect external tools and continue your workflow with fewer interruptions.
Lensmor continues to invest in the capabilities that matter most to event-driven revenue teams: attendee data accuracy, event coverage, and workflows that turn event intelligence into action.
Over the coming month, we expect to introduce Team Edition, MCP access for AI workflows, and the Lensmor browser extension โ creating a more connected experience across research, prospecting, and team collaboration.
To support this continued investment and reflect the expanding value of the platform, pricing for new subscriptions is expected to increase with the September 3, 2026 release.
Existing monthly and annual subscribers will continue under their current pricing for the remainder of their active subscription term. New subscriptions started after the pricing change takes effect will use the updated pricing.
If you are planning to use Lensmor for your upcoming event workflows, subscribing before September 3 allows you to begin on the current pricing. Annual plans started before the change will retain the current price for their annual subscription term.
V1.4.0 continues our focus on trustworthy event intelligence: more accurate Visitors, clearer evidence, smoother integrations, and more connected workflows for event-driven revenue teams.

Lensmor V1.3.0 strengthens Visitor Intelligence, makes Target Group workflows smoother on Event Detail, and gives exports clearer attendance context.
We further optimized the accuracy and consistency of Visitors data. Improvements across data processing and validation help you work from a more reliable view of event attendees and make better-informed research and prioritization decisions.
The Target Group module on Event Detail now has a smoother interaction flow. We refined the layout, states, and feedback around applying and managing saved filters so you can move from event data to a focused audience with less friction.
Attendee exports now include a Confirm field. This makes attendance context easier to interpret in downstream workflows and helps you distinguish confirmed records from other attendee data after export.
We also fixed a range of smaller issues and refined details across the product to improve consistency, responsiveness, and day-to-day usability.
V1.3.0 continues our focus on trustworthy event intelligence: better Visitor data, clearer audience workflows, and exports that carry the context you need.

Lensmor V1.2.0 expands Visitor Intelligence with confirmed and predicted attendee data and introduces Attendee Reverse Searchโso you can see who has attended, who is likely to attend, and which events are connected to a person.
Event Visitors now brings together two types of Attendee data: Confirmed Attendees and Predicted Attendees. Records with a Confirmed label represent confirmed attendance. Visitor records without this label are Predicted Attendees.
Lensmor generates Predicted Attendees by analyzing historical attendance data with its proprietary prediction algorithm. They are planning signals rather than confirmed attendance records, helping you start research and prioritization earlier while keeping the level of certainty clear.

Search for an attendee to see the events connected to that person across time. Review past event appearances and future event matches in one place, without researching each show separately.
Future matches may include predicted appearances and should be treated as directional signals rather than confirmed attendance.

Attendee Reverse Search is also available through Agent and the API. Ask Agent where an attendee has appeared or may appear next, or use the API to incorporate the same intelligence into your own research, scoring, and activation workflows.
We refined the Target Group UI/UX to make saved filter groups easier to create, apply, and manage. Clearer states and smoother interactions reduce friction when you reuse common audience criteria across events.
V1.2.0 helps you move from event-first research to person-first intelligence: understand who may attend, trace where a contact has appeared, and carry that context into Agent and API workflows.

Lensmor V1.1.0 helps you reuse proven targeting, act on more complete social listening data, and move faster across Agent, Event Detail, and the API.
You can now save your current Attendee or Exhibitor filters as a Target Group and apply them to other events. Build a reusable audience definition once, then move from event to event without rebuilding the same filter set.

Target Groups can be updated, duplicated, renamed, set as defaults, or deleted as your targeting evolves.
We improved the coverage, completeness, and consistency of social media listening data. This gives you a stronger signal base for identifying event interest and prioritizing higher-intent contacts.
Agent now handles conversations and long-running tasks more reliably, with performance improvements that make research workflows smoother and easier to resume.
You can now select and run bulk unlock or enrichment actions on up to 2,000 attendees in one batch, reducing repetitive work on large event audiences.
Attendee and Exhibitor lists on Event Detail now load faster, making it easier to work with larger datasets and move between filtered views.
The Personnel List endpoint now supports the sourceType filter with exhibitor, social, or visitors, so integrations can retrieve the audience sources they need.
Event List and Event Detail responses now include hasVisitors, allowing integrations to determine whether an event includes Visitor Intelligence before continuing the workflow.
We refined layouts, interaction feedback, loading and error states, and responsive behavior across Lensmor. The result is a smoother experience from event discovery and targeting through research and activation.
Together, these updates reduce repetitive setup, shorten high-volume workflows, and make valuable event signals easier to act on.

Lensmor V1.0.0 is our first major releaseโand a milestone in how event-led teams turn trade shows into pipeline. This release brings broader event audience intelligence, a more capable Agent, more flexible plans and credits, and a stronger foundation for identifying the opportunities most worth acting on.
๐ฏ COMPLETE EVENT AUDIENCE INTELLIGENCE

Visitor Intelligence and Full Access Some events now include Visitors provided by Event Organizers and Data Partners. Full Access brings those Visitors together with Official Exhibitor contacts and attendees detected through Social Signals, giving you a broader, source-transparent view of the event audience.
Clearer Event Access Before unlocking, Lensmor now shows exactly what each access level includes, how many credits it costs, and whether your current balance is enough. Source controls, locked previews, attendee counts, filters, and exports now stay aligned before and after unlockโincluding after a refresh.
๐ค AGENT, NOW EXTENSIBLE

Official and Personal Skills Browse official Agent Skills, upload your own Skill bundle, or import a public Skill from GitHub. Enable the Skills you need and invoke them directly in Agent with the / menu, turning repeatable research and workflow knowledge into reusable tools.
A More Reliable Agent Workspace Conversation recovery, streaming, page switching, Skill activation, file handling, and long-running task feedback have been strengthened so Agent work is easier to resume and less likely to lose context.
๐ณ MORE FLEXIBLE PLANS AND CREDITS

New Starter and Scale Plans We added two subscription options so Lensmor can support a wider range of teams, budgets, and usage needs. Starter gives growing teams a more accessible way to begin, while Scale supports organizations that need greater capacity.
75,000 Credits / Month on Growth The Growth Plan now includes 75,000 Credits every month, giving teams substantially more capacity for Event Access, Visitor Intelligence, and contact enrichment. It makes Growth an especially strong-value choice for teams running a consistent event-led growth motion.

Credits Add-ons Need more capacity during a busy event cycle? Add one-time Credits Add-ons without changing your subscription. This gives teams the flexibility to scale usage around launches, major trade shows, and high-priority campaigns.
๐ค BETTER DATA, TOGETHER

Event Data Contribution When an attendee list is missing or incomplete, users can submit structured attendee information for review from the event workflow. Qualified organizations can also apply to join the Event Data Partner Network, helping expand reliable coverage while keeping provenance and review controls in place.
๐ POLISHED FOR DAILY WORK
Faster, More Predictable Workflows V1.0.0 includes broad improvements to authentication, account isolation, onboarding transitions, deep links, event-detail loading, source-aware filtering, table counts, exports, and responsive layouts. The result is a more consistent experience from sign-up through unlock, research, and activation.
๐ญ WHAT'S NEXT: MORE HIGH-VALUE HOT SIGNALS
Cold, static data is not our focus. We will keep expanding the high-value signal sources that reveal real intent, momentum, and timingโsignals that help teams recognize when an account or contact is ready for action.
Our goal is simple: fewer cold records, more useful hot signals, and more genuinely hot leads for every event-led workflow.
This is the foundation we will build on from here. Welcome to Lensmor 1.0.
