1. Workbench UI Optimization We have refined the Workbench interface with a cleaner layout and improved visual hierarchy. Navigation is now more intuitive, making it faster to access key workflows like exhibitor search, contact enrichment, and social listening—all from a unified, streamlined dashboard.
2. Pricing & Entitlement Mechanism We have fully revamped the pricing and entitlement system. Credit consumption rules are now transparent and consistent across all features. Plan-based access control is enforced end-to-end, ensuring users always have a clear understanding of what their current plan includes and when an upgrade is needed.
3. Subscription & Usage Dashboard A new Subscription Management entry point is now available within the app. Users can check their current plan status, monitor credit consumption, and track entitlement usage at a glance. For plan upgrades or custom enterprise needs, a dedicated "Contact Us" channel is provided to connect with our sales team directly.
4. Social Listening for Exhibitor Leads We have enhanced the Social Listening module to surface actionable lead intelligence. The system now monitors social channels to identify companies and individuals who have announced their attendance at upcoming trade shows—turning public social signals into a curated prospect list ready for outreach.
5. Trade Show Data Classification Our event data classification engine has been upgraded with improved category mapping and keyword matching logic. Trade shows are now tagged with more accurate industry verticals and event types, enabling sharper filtering and more relevant search results when prospecting across the global exhibition landscape.
