1. Subscription Plans: Basic & Growth We have launched official subscription tiers. You can now upgrade to a Basic ($499/mo) or Growth ($899/mo) plan directly from the platform to unlock higher monthly credits, more event unlocks, and advanced features. Monthly plans are available for self-service checkout; for annual plans, click the contact button to reach our team and we'll get you set up.
2. Onboarding Credits for New Users New users who complete the onboarding flow will receive a free credit bonus to get started. This gives you a hands-on introduction to the platform's core features—including Agent queries and exhibitor lookups—before committing to a plan.
3. Agent on Slack You can now connect your Lensmor Agent to Slack. Once paired, you can run exhibitor and trade show queries directly from any Slack channel or DM—no need to switch to the web app. To connect, click the Slack button in the chat input area and enter your App Token and Bot Token.
4. Open API: LinkedIn Reverse Lookup A new public API endpoint lets you look up trade shows by a person's LinkedIn profile URL. Given an individual's LinkedIn URL, the API returns the upcoming events that person is registered to attend—enabling programmatic reverse prospecting from your existing contact list.
5. Agent Instance Management The Agent settings panel is now accessible via the gear icon in the top-right corner of the Agent interface. If you encounter unexpected behavior or a stuck session, you can use the panel to reset and restart the Agent.
6. Open API: Exhibitor List Filtering by Category and Industry The exhibitor list endpoint now supports category and industry as query parameters, allowing you to retrieve targeted subsets of exhibitors without post-processing the full result set. See the API reference for the full list of supported values.
7. Trade Show Detail: Multi-Select Location Filter The trade show detail view now supports selecting multiple locations simultaneously. Filter by city, country, or region in combination to compare events across geographies in a single view.
